Aboriginal Teacher Education Program

 ATEP is an off-campus community based collaborative cohort program, designed to improve the educational success of Aboriginal children by increasing the number of Aboriginal teachers and teachers with an understanding of Aboriginal perspectives in communities in Northern Alberta.  While this program is intended for Aboriginal students, all students are encouraged to apply.

Four-Year Elementary Program, ATEP

Students in the Elementary Route are enrolled in a Generalist Major program that prepares prospective teachers to instruct all of the required elementary school subjects. Students will choose a minor area of study.
